2 spring onions

5 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
to taste ginger (cut) or ground

Cut the ribs into pieces.
Put the ribs in a large bowl, add 15 ml light soy sauce and Chinese rice wine.

1 cup chicken broth
