750 grams potatoes
2 large onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
a little salt
a little freshly ground black pepper
6 eggs

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Peel the onions and cut them small. Not too fine.
Heat half the oil in a skillet with the edge.
