Tostada with chicken

Peel the onions and garlic.
Cut 1 onion in half.
Put the chicken in a pan with half onion and 1 clove garlic.
Cover the fillet with chicken stock, bring to the boil slowly and let the meat covered 25-30 minutes gently pulling.

Spread the chopped chicken on the salad and spoon the remaining tomato sauce.
Spoon onto each Tastada a tuft creme Fraiche and sprinkle some coarsely grated cheese.
Arrange on each plate two tostada and serve immediately before they become soft.
