CHICKEN IN SWEET SOUR SAUCE (with steamed rice) a tastiest recipes. Along with the most popular vegetable Chinese stir fried: Cap Cay, are our lunch today. The receipe is as following:
- 500 gram chicken fillet (cut small)
- 1/4 whole peeled fresh pineapple (slice small)
- 1/2 cup frozen green peaa (defrost)
- Cooking Oil

COATING Indgredients (dry):
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rice starch/tapioca flour
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- 1/4 tea spoon ground pepper
- 1/2 tea spoon garlic powder
- 1/2 table spoom chicken stock powder
*Mix all the above dry material evenly in a clean bowl
- 2 beaten chicken eggs (for wet coating)

SAUCE Indgredients:
- 2 cm peeled ginger (minced)
- 3 garlic (minced)
- 1 peeled brown onion (minced)
- 2 red cayenne chilli (dispose its seeds & minced)
- 4 table spoons tomato sauce
- 2 table spoons chilli sauce *optional
- 1.5 table spoon sugar
- 1 tea spoon worchester ketchup
- 1/4 tea spoon salt
- 1.5 cups of water
- 2 table spoon maize flour dilute in 1/4 cup water

(1) COATING: Heat the cooking oil, Dip the sliced chicken fillet into beaten chicken egg, roll on the dry coating flour and deep fry until turn to golden yellow light brown color. Repeat this step until all fillet has been done. Dry off the oil and let it

(2) SAUCE: heat 2 table spoons of cooking oil, add in minced ginger, garlic and brown onion, stir for about 1 minute, add sliced pineapple and stir evenly. Add in water, mix, add in tomtao sauce, chilli sauce, sugar, stir evenly then add in Worchester ketchup+salt, stir, small the fire and let it boil. The last, add in the green peas, stir and add in the diluted maize starch. Stir evenly

(3) Prepare the chicken on the plate, pour the sauce on top of it and serve. Eat while it's still warm with steaned rice ^^

NOTE: If you don't have pineapple and green pea, you can subtitute it with carrot and/or paprika.
Above can be for 2-3 persons serving.
