2 eggs
80 g of sugar
100g flour
2 tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick mixture.
Spatula along with the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt by the egg mass.
Make sure you are not too long spatula else goes all the air out of the batter.
5 Divide batter piles on a lined baking sheet.
Make sure the batter well apart is because the egg cakes drift.
Fry the egg cakes in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Bake no longer because they are dry.
