Fried rice a tastiest recipe

breakfast) FRIED RICE ^^ This receipe is flexible. You can add in your last night left over of chicken, beef, pork or fish, or even if you are a vegetarian. All it needs is modification & creativity. The receipe is as following:
- 2 plate of steamed rice
- 2 table spoon sweet soy sauce/kecap manis
- 1 stalk of leek (slice)

INDGREDIENTS (Grind on stone plate/food processor)
- 5 red cayenne chilli
- 3 bird eye chilli *optional
- 5 peeled eshalot
- 3 peeled garlic
- 1 table spoon dried shrimp/ebi/terasi (if u r a vegan, u don't have to use this)
- 1 table spoon tomato sauce
- 1 table spoon chilli sauce
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 1/2 tea spoon salt

HOW TO MAKE
(1) Heat 1 table spoon cooking oil, add in all you meat left over together with slice leek. Stir fry for about 1-2 minutes at medium heat. Move to clean bowl
(2) Heat 2 table spoons cooking oil, add in indgredients and steamed rice, stir fry and mix evenly for about 5 minutes, add in the stir fried left over meat (or egg omelet) + sweet soy sauce into the rice and stir fry for 3 minutes. Switch off the stove
(3) Get a clean plate, move a portion and serve while it's still warm/hot ^^

NOTE:
- If you are a vegan, you can add slice champignon mushroom into your fried rice during the cooking process
- Make sure your left over meat is dry from its soup before stir fry process
- You can prepare the indgredients earlier and stock it (put in a clean plastic/glass jar). Keep it in a fridge, it will last 5 days to be used anytime you want.
- This post, I use chicken liver and omelet from my last night left over.
