Fried rice noodles

Fried rice noodles, "the Asian way" a tastiest recipes

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):

Vermicelli rice - 150 grams (half a pack)
Carrots - 1 pc
Broccoli and cauliflower - a few buds
Green beans (frozen) - 2 handfuls
Soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l
Sesame oil - 1-2 tbsp
Black pepper (ground) - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida, chili - on request
Preparation:
Prepare noodles according to package directions (soak for 15 minutes in room temperature water, drain, pour boiling water for 30 seconds, rinse with cold water).
Cut thin slices of carrot (convenient to do Peeler). In the first sesame oil to fry green beans. Then, just a couple of minutes to fry the carrots and cabbage, separated into florets. Add the soy sauce and black pepper. Slightly put out, add the rice noodles. Stir well and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes. The noodles absorb the sauce flavor-frying, acquires a golden hue and retains a resilient form.
