Cod fillet for 2 persons
300 ml sweet chilli sauce
75 grams of rice
1 stock cube
2 spring onions cut into small slices
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can pineapple
a little salt
a little pepper
Cook the rice in half a liter of chicken broth in 15 minutes.
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the cod fillet .
