SAYUR ASAM/SOUR SPICY VEGETABLE SOUP a tastiest recipe

SAYUR ASAM/SOUR SPICY VEGETABLE SOUP ala West Java-Indonesia. The recipe is as following:
- 1 small bunch long bean (cut 3-4 cm)
- 1 sweet corn (cut small-medium pieces)
- 2 sweet Chayote gourd (peeled and cut small)
- 1/4 cup of paddy oats/melinjo
- 1 cup young paddy oats leaf/ daun melinjo
- 1/2 cup peeled groundnuts
- 1 tomato (sliced small) *optional
- 2 cm galanga root/lengkuas
- 1 Bay leaf
- 3 table spoon tamarind paste
- 1 liter of water

INDGREDIENTS (Grind on stone plate/food processor/blender)
- 4 red cayenne chilli
- 2 bird eye chilli
- 5 peeled eshalot
- 3 peeled garlic chives
- 3 pcs candlenuts
- 1 table spoon palm sugar
- 1 tea spoon Terasi/Balacan paste
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 table spoon chicken stock

HOW TO MAKE:
(1) Boil the water, add in corn + paddy oats for 2 minutes then add in long beans + chayote gourd + groundnuts, let it a while for about 3 minute. Then add in galanga root + bay leaf, boil for about 20 minutes on medium fire heat

(2) Add in indgredients + tamarind paste, stir evenly and last is adding in the paddy oats leaf. Let it boil for about 7-10 minutes. Get a clean bowl, pour some portion and it's ready to serve ^^

NOTE:
- Above is for 3-4 person
- Energy Value is about 70 Calories
- Best serve with Steamed rice + Fried Salted fish or Fried ikan pindang and Fried Tofu + Tempe
