Shrimp rice dish
for 2 people
ingredients :
1 cup rice ( 75 grams )
20 shrimp wok
2 sprigs of parsley finely chop for garnish
1 clove of garlic into thin slices
2 onions diced
a little salt
a little pepper
1/2 liter of chicken broth 1 cube
Leave a pat of butter melting
1 tablespoon olive oil

Clean the prawns and remove the shell and tail off.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the shrimp.
Fry the diced onion in the oil, once the onions are translucent become, add 3/4 of the garlic.
After 1 minute, add the chicken stock along with the rice.
Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Keep an eye on this so it does not fire, otherwise add water.
Fry the shrimp in 4 to 5 minutes until golden in 1 to 2 tablespoons of melted butter and add the garlic last.
Add the rice and shrimp, after having poured together in a bowl. These

Pour a little of the remaining butter over it.
Give a little lemon juice with it separately so that each can add to taste it yourself.
